CLIMATE CHANGE. Snow, Arctic temperatures and big freeze in Paris, France. Residents walking around Montmartre never mind the snow blizzard going on around them. Temperatures plummeted below zero, as low as -9. Very rarely, certainly not for decades, that Paris has experienced such freezing cold weather. Snow normally disappears in a couple of hours, this time it stuck around for days. Freak weather conditions and climate change can often be attributed to global warming and the ozone layer.
