CLIMATE CHANGE. Snow, Arctic temperatures and big freeze in Paris, France. The Basilica of Sacre-Coeur with tourists during a very cold and snowy night. Temperatures plummeted below zero, as low as -9. Very rarely, certainly not for decades, that Paris has experienced such freezing cold weather. Snow normally disappears in a couple of hours, this time it stuck around for days. Freak weather conditions and climate change can often be attributed to global warming and the ozone layer.
