CLIMATE CHANGE. Snow, Arctic temperatures and big freeze in Paris, France. View looking down the funicular railway track leading up to Montmartre on a night of heavy snow. Temperatures plummeted below zero, as low as -9. Very rarely, certainly not for decades, that Paris has experienced such freezing cold weather. Snow normally disappears in a couple of hours, this time it stuck around for days. Freak weather conditions and climate change can often be attributed to global warming and the ozone layer.
