Beijing: Bike sharing in China has multiplied over the years with various brands offering shared bikes which can be unlocked using an application on your mobile telephone, and then locked and left anywhere for the next rider. Ofo and Mobike are the two world leaders. One of the problems is the huge over supply of bikes, which has meant many startups going out of business, and huge bike cemeteries created on the outskirts of China’s mega cities, where hundred’s of thousands of bikes are rusting away.
