Since early the 21st century a large influx of economic migrants mainly from Eastern Europe have found work across Lincolnshire, working for the minimum wage in agricultural and construction industries, doing jobs that locals don't to do. Towns have expanded sometimes by 10% during this period. British business needs the migrant workers to survive, but but local people voted the highest proportion for Brexit, 75% against 'Remain', in a protest vote against migrant workers.
