London in winter snow, freezing Siberian weather

Weather, climate change. London, Britain and Europe, is gripped by a big freeze. Winter conditions which are likened to Siberia swept across Europe, bringing traffic and transport to a halt, closing schools and stopping millions of people going to work. Whilst most buses and tubes were not working, some commuters and tourists got to central London to enjoy the freak snow.///Commuters and tourists walk on across the Thames river to the Westminster and the Houses of Parliament
