Roma Kosovar refugees living in precarious circumstances in Shutka Roma town on the edge of Skopje, Macedonia. They fled Kosovo in 1999 after the Roma were ethnically cleansed at the end of the war. They were accused of accomplices with the Serbs against the Albanians. They are amongst the poorest of the Roma. Macedonia 2006.
