Plastic shavings in their respective colors dry in the sun, as would coffee beans or rice. The workers move the raw materials until all the water has evaporated away. Then they are bagged for export. These are collected and placed into larger sacks. The plastic is then put through a mincer (like making minced meat for hamburgers) and the small crushed picese of plastic mixed with water in the process are then dried on mats in the sun, like for coffee beans. The dry plastic shavings are bagged and shipped off for export to Thailand and Vietnam
