Vicolo Savini Gypsy camp in 2002

Roma Gypsies at Vicolo Savini Gypsy camp, in Italy living with racism, prejudice and displacement from their homes. Most have been forcibly removed to Castel Romano. Many came to Italy from the Balkans in search of a new life after the violent disintegration of ex-yugoslavia. Since then they have been forced from their urban camps to live in Container camps outside cities.
