Chateau Robernier's newlook grandiose, black & white marble tiled entrance hall with double circle decoration. The original chateau had but a small entrance hall. The new owners have exploded both first and second floors to make a showpiece hall with a ceiling 12 meters high. The ceiling has been decorated with stucco plaster moulding. The balcony walkways overlooking the hall have new metal and wood ballustrade of the same design as the original banisters on the staircase. Copies of old paintings mixed with old masters, two original Napoleonic swords and an old tapestry decorate the walls. A huge central chandelier hangs from the ceiling above, down to the level of the first floor balcony. Ground floor view towards interior of home. A maid-servant is standing in the hall, furnished with classic chairs and a globe... Chateau Robernier located near Montfort, in the Var, closeby to Provence in southern France.
